North Light’s AI’s Generative AI Innovation Lab has launched, offering university students a structured environment to explore and implement generative AI technologies alongside industry experts as they work with real industry clients.
The goal?
Empower organizations across various industries that are looking to explore and implement generative AI technologies in their operations—with a particular emphasis on small-to-midsize organizations.
Program Overview
This Fall (2024), North Light AI will onboard its first cohort of multidisciplinary university students to work at the Lab.
North Light AI offers this as a Talent Accelerator program, designed to provide students with structured, high impact experiential learning opportunities, and companies with agile, cost-effective solutions to their real business challenges.
Key Features Include:
Hands-on Experience: Students work directly with a suite of current generative AI tools and technologies.
Customized Approach: Solutions are tailored to specific needs and use cases of North Light AI’s industry clients.
Risk Mitigation: Student and companies can explore AI applications with reduced financial and operational risks.

North Light AI is based in Durham, New Hampshire…but remote and hybrid options considered for strong candidates.
Pay is between $15-20 per hour. Part-time.
International Students:
North Light AI welcomes international students to apply for our programs, including the Gen AI Innovation Lab and Talent Accelerator, in compliance with their visa requirements. Students on F-1 visas may be eligible to engage through Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT), subject to authorization from their Designated School Official (DSO).
